A lack of dissertations has been plaguing my working bibliography, so I decided to do something about it. Unfortunately, my OCLC request for a 1991 dissertation entitled, Large Scale Urban Sculpture Projects, 1969-1991: Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen
was denied.
That left me with another option: the Simmons' online access to Dissertation Abstracts

I found a disseration that I believe will be very helpful.
